Our Supported Accommodation Services provide landlords with the opportunity to lease their properties for use as supported housing, facilitated by our trusted partner, Crossroads Housing.

  • Guaranteed Rent: We offer a minimum of £325 per room per month, negotiable depending on room size and standard, providing landlords with a stable income stream.


  • Long-Term Contract: We offer a 5-year contract, giving landlords security and peace of mind.


  • Zero Maintenance Costs: Landlords have no general maintenance costs. We take care of all repairs and upkeep for the duration of the contract.


  • No Void Periods: We ensure there are no void periods, meaning landlords receive consistent income.


  • No Bills: We take full liability for all household bills for the duration of the contract.


  • No Management Fees: There are no management fees for landlords. We handle all aspects of property management.

The Process

  1. Initial Contact: Reach out to us to express interest and ask any questions you may have.
  2. Property Assessment: We assess the property for suitability as a supported accommodation location.
  3. Contract Agreement: If the property is suitable, we agree on the terms of the contract.
  4. Property Handover: The property is handed over to us, and we begin providing supported accommodation services.
