Our Supported Accommodation Services provide landlords with the opportunity to lease their properties for use as supported housing, facilitated by our trusted partner, Crossroads Housing.
The Process
- Initial Contact: Reach out to us to express interest and ask any questions you may have.
- Property Assessment: We assess the property for suitability as a supported accommodation location.
- Contract Agreement: If the property is suitable, we agree on the terms of the contract.
- Property Handover: The property is handed over to us, and we begin providing supported accommodation services.
