2018-2022
Gordon Brooks Property was founded in 2018 by Michael Gordon. Our aim was simple: to exceed the service provided by traditional high street agents and offer tailored, premium services to discerning investors. In our initial years, we successfully brokered sales exceeding £4 million, managed over 30 units, and generated nearly £400,000 through lettings in 2022 alone. These achievements were the stepping stones to our larger mission.
An Agent For Social Housing
It didn't take long for us to realize that our passion and expertise lie in social housing. We're proud to have played a part in, and currently manage, over 100 active bed spaces within the social housing sector. We achieved this through our direct partnership with Crossroads Housing and Support CIC, as well as other respected providers. We're more than just a property management firm; we're a dedicated partner for landlords and social housing providers, creating homes and changing lives.
