Our fee for this service is the equivalent of the 1st months rent.
Once we have found the right match, we don’t stop there. Our management services are designed to maintain this optimal pairing throughout the duration of the contract. We vigilantly monitor the agreement's adherence, providing ongoing consultancy for both landlords and social housing providers.
Our proactive management approach includes bi-annual inspections and compliance checks, offering landlords peace of mind and assuring the maintenance of housing standards for tenants.
For this comprehensive service, landlords can expect to pay 10% of gross revenue per calendar month.
